Approved Log First time tren log

Seems like enough people have asked so I will start up a TRT training log in the next few days to track lifts and diet.

and dont add more aromasin as your estrogen is within range

stick to this plan and keep us posted as you go, do a diet and training update for us as you train and your meals as you eat them would be great to see detail

49 years old, 5'10, 182 pounds
Did cycles multiple ones in my 20s for performance and looks only was in the best shape of my life until now.

Gained fat weight during COVID but have worked out on a off consistent for 30 years. Moved from NYC to Florida ever since moving here 1.5 years ago so motivated to be in great shape..

Workout Monday, Tuesday, off Wed, Thursday off Friday, Saturday and Off Sundays so on 4 days a week. Workout 3 hours per clip each .of those days. I beat what I looked like in my 20s here how it started. Came along to some peptides one called Semaglutide 5mg. Worked my way up to 1mg only per week and lost 60 pounds in less than 6 months. Body fat was 24% now is at 16% went to a Dr. Blood work etc he put me on Trt 200mg Cyp per week along with 1Mg of anti Estrogen. I later on my own added other stuff like Tren E, Masteron, Anavar and did one cycle of Dbol. Took my 10 week maybe ,12 week break but remained on the anyo Estrogen and the Cyp 20g week through Dr and Pharmacy as this is ongoing. Restarted a Blend along with the Cyp of Test E 300mg and Deca Blend one bottle every 6 days , also 200mg Masteron every 6 days. 6 weeks into this cycle and everything is working great. No sides. Now as of yesterday added 100a Tren will do that as well as ,6 days since the day of the week always changes. I do have Anavar but will not dose that until my last few weeks in the rest. Some people say it's not enough but it's working great. Example the previous week dose.

200mg Mast on Thursday
200mg Cyp on Saturday

Yesterday Monday 100mg Tren A

Will repeat 300mg Test E and 200mg Deca Blend on Wed, The 200mg Mast also Wednesday and the Anti Estrogen

200mg Cyp will repeat on Friday along with 1mg Semaglutide " you really lose every extra pound and fat with this" I had very little sides like nausea sometimes but only in the beginning. Now I'm just out of maintaining amount.

Will repeat the Tren on Sunday The only 100 mg of the A
I did some studies some say this is too little and not enough and others that work great for with risk of left side effects and enough to have effects which is all I'm looking to do since I'm not in competitions and this is just to feel great perform great and look great in the mirror I'm being honest. When I have 3 weeks left of all of that stuff I'll add the Anavar to finish it off. My cycle is done I'll remain on the testosterone cypionate 200 mg along with the anti-estrogen which again I get through a doctor. I'm sure people have good opinions and bad opinions on what I'm doing. My diet is not great but I do not overeat. I can only seem to get in about 1500 calories a day that's it and I have to push myself I try to make them very high protein meals lots of eggs lots of meat. And that's forcing myself. But when I do eat a meal I do not overeat to allow my body to digest whatever I do eat.
