Worked up 3 sets to 325x5 at 7 then back down 4x5 at 255.
Husafell stone carry:
Worked to a solid 200ft carry at 342lbs
Sandbag pick and extension to chest:
240lb for 3 singles
Accessories:
Sled drag 5x20sec
Seated row iso hold 5x20sec at 180lb
Reverse hyper: 3x20
Pull ups: 3x10
Also did some biceps and triceps with the lady.
I am feeling very strong today. 342lb is roughly 85% of the actual stone weight in Iceland, which is also less than a 200ft carry, so I'm feeling confident.
