Fish oil in tabs or caps?

what are the best options when it comes to fish oil should I be using tabs or capsules. I don't want to get the fish burps when I take them because it's pretty embarrassing if I'm out on a date or something to burp in front of a girl

the fish burps are possible no matter what you try, maybe try more water when you take it

you can always try flax

You can use capsules but why? drink the fish oil it's better
