I came across one of these DNA testing things and saw we can find more information about food sensitivity. Apparently tells you how your body reacts to certain foods and how efficient it is in digesting it etc.

I explain food sensitivities in depth in this video here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRex5s4fU9c&t=5s

Food Sensitivity = Triggered by the release of IgG antibodies to a specific food = Symptoms from a food sensitivity typically takes months to develop

Food Allergy = Triggered by the release of IgE antibodies to a specific food = Symptoms from a food allergy typically appear immediately after eating the trigger food

I am always leary of food allergy/sensitivity tests. Everyone is going to test positive to a dozen things and then suddenly you are left eating vegetables and water. I am exaggerating but I think there is an industry that preys on finding things wrong with people's health...that really are minor in most cases. Always trying to sell us something. I had a friend that went to an allergist and he came back with 20-30 things he is "allergic" too. I told him....good luck with that!

I am not saying that legit allergies don't exist, but I think they often get blown way out of proportion.

Don't confused a DNA test with tests for food sensitivity. It's no where near the same thing. It's the difference between knowing about a family trait for cancer vs not being able to eat sea food.
