aussie brothers, we are getting at the 15 page mark where the server slows down, lots of aussie brothers on evo now (double traffic in last 2 weeks)...so part 13 is closed (it was 18 pages)...please keep posting on this part 14 thread brothers...

Part 14 Updates:
Aussie VIPS: Smurfed and Plat

Approved Aussie sources

For reference, old aussie threads...

I know this isn't a diet thread but I'd rather ask the Aussie brothers specifically.

Is there a website with recipes for bodybuilders that anyone has found really good - my diet is getting bland.

Interested in finding one with healthy sauces etc.

What's everyone's thoughts on rest off the year? This will go until New Year's Eve.

Do u guys recommend running 500iu HCG whole way through? Also would u only run AI through the cycle? Or the cruise also ?

What dose of test e should i be pinning along side my test p ?
Was thinking of .25 Test e/every 3rd day
and .5 test p eod for 4 weeks until my test e kicks in than go to .5 e3d of test e.

Decided to go with low test higher tren because i have abit of bodyfat still on me so the estrogen side with higher test would kill me(or so ive read)

So I'm currently tly at weeks 7 of a 12 week sarms run.
S4 50mg ed
Rad140 20mg ed
Gw 25mg ed
Lgd 10mg ed
Mk677 25kg ed

Seeing some solid recomp. Currently eating about 3600 calories per day sitting at 6'1 140kg at around 15% bf I'd say. Carbs for breakfast and pre and post gym meals. The aim wasn't to put on mass this time round but to trim down without losing any size/strength and I'd say it's working.
Only thing I'm finding is I'm way more prone to cramps, specifically in the forearms and chest/delts. I've started taking taurine but I'm not getting much from it.
Also getting a bit of acne on my upper arms and delts which is about annoying.

Anyone else on here got much experience with sarms. This is my first time using them and I think I'd be keen to run them again.

That's meant to be 104kg not 140kg, my bad on that...

There isnt too much i personally think its about how your body reacts to certain macros (carbs /fats) and overall caloric and macro ratios. Whats you macro break down now approximately? <br />
