aussie brothers, we are getting at the 15 page mark where the server slows down, lots of aussie brothers on evo now (double traffic in last 2 weeks)...so part 17 is closed (it was 25 pages)...please keep posting on this part 17 thread brothers...

So, fair to say Tren AGAIN, is whopping my ass.. Getting next to no sleep; Mrs is kicking me out of bed. 👎
Diet sucks, trying to clean it up since retraining. Training average but slowly increasing... Woken early due to the tren sweats, chopping in and out of sleep. If I can't sleep in the next 25 mins, an early morning gym session, followed by a massive meal at one of the local cafe's.. Home, sleep and back on the grind of life..


Some stats

178cm

116.8kg

Bf% - not properly measured. 22-23% (yes carrying a lot after holidays)

Training 4-5 times a week, increasing to 6.

Lifts are very poor.

Bench 115-120kg / 10-12 (poor on my standards)
Shoulder press 50kg / 12 (still okish)
Squats - 130, haven't gone above as dealing with hamstring issue
Deads - no longer go above 150kg

Overall massive decline to where I was this time last year.

Current cycle

Test 600mg/wk
Tren 300mg/wk (dosing a tad above maybe 25-50mg)
Mast 300mg/wk

75mg proviron ED

Aramosin EOD (25mg) - splitting Monday Wednesday Friday tbh, oestrogen is well under control.

Not stacking orals like var / stana until later on.

Got 600iu hgh sitting around. Need to be committed, not gonna waste it. Knowledge with insulin intake is minimal, along with stacking T3 with it. Will be implementing at a later stage. This year is a blast and cruise year, hopefully health stays on point.

Calorie intake (more in depth post to come)

You should focus on dropping back to around 100kg, then build from there because with that body fat % you'll find it hard to actually gain muscle, most off the gains will be fat.

I recommend running a few short cycles off dnp... If u get your diet in check the sides will be next to nothing :)

Just speaking from experience when my body fat gets to high I find all I gain is fat which makes me angry lol

What legal over the counter supps do you take while on DNP ?

i remember reading this "DNP 101" article by some bloke and he had what he took, it was DNP and quite literally 10 other types of supplements at the same time.

I don't think that being fat means other gains will also be fat, but it does mean that as you bulk out, you will becoming bigger meaning you will look even fatter.

Vitamit E & C
Beadryl ( to stop allergic reactions )
Herbal support

Most important is a low carb diet few days B4 taking the dnp..

On a low carb diet you won't get very hot at all and the sides are very manageable

As a note i have found the low carb thing to reduce sweats / feeling hot goes with tren too. Alot of people who smash carbs especially before bed get worse sweats then lower carb. Last time on tren i times my carbs (backloading) and had no issues with heat. Just me though.

sounds good man. never knock ur own lifts, fuck everyone else.

I agree, smash heaps of cardio and diet down to 11%.
that would be my main focus.
 
also 1 x proviron tab is enough to control 500mg pharma test for me. proviron can crash my estrogen. it's strong shit.

I think thats why some people don't get the crazy libido boost. they take too much and it does the opposite.
 
Does anyone else have annoying imbalances in their physique.

With me my arms are too small for my shoulders/chest/back. Dad has the same 'big torso' look as well.

Also my entire left side of my body is slightly more developed than my right. Like, every single muscle from my calves up to my traps is slightly bigger on the left side. Not sure if its noticeable to others but for me it is. Its bugged me for years. I'm right-handed so maybe its my body's way of compensating for it not being the dominant side.

Anyone else get this?

For me my shoulders, back & arms are big, my chest & legs need to be more developed, but yeah one side my body def looks diff to the other side.. Sucks ass
