aussie brothers, we are getting at the 15 page mark where the server slows down, lots of aussie brothers on evo now (double traffic in last 2 weeks)...so part 17 is closed (it was 18 pages)...please keep posting on this part 18 thread brothers...

Damn I've missed a whole thread haha need to stay on top of it. Who else is going to be at the Arnold? I'm going to try and get the day off so I can come watch the strongman. I'm making it a goal of mine to be there competing in the ams next year haha we'll see how that goes

I think we will do just fine with this thread

I was in the gym today and I couldn't help but over hear a chat about cutting

A fella was preaching that when cutting you need to do high reps and when bulking you stick to low reps.

From my experience I will clearly back this as incorrect.

Whether you are cutting or bulking the reps you choose to incorporate do not effect your state of a cut or bulk.

The reason this information is misconstrued is due to ppl not understanding the mechanics of the body.

Our body and in particular muscles have no idea whether you are cutting or bulking. Our bodies only know if we are using fast twitch fibres or slow twitch

I want to stress that it's your diet that dictates if your in a calories deficiency or calorie surplus.
If you find you grow on 6, 8, 10 or 12 reps stick with what works.

Don't change the reps if your doing well on low reps. Your body with start to get confused when the idea is to hold as much muscle as you can while trimming the body fat away.


I will always advocate sticking to a rep range that works for your body
Spending the time to understand your own body with be your biggest benefit in body building
 
Hey guys im getting some superdrol for my next test/deca blast.i've read its quite effective but hard on the lipids and toxicity is high and most cant go past 3 weeks ect ..would running it 2 weeks on and 2 off be effective at lowering these sides at all? looking at running it at 20-30ed and also should i split during the day or 1 dose...cheers

Agree. Whatever the person did to build the mass should keep doing it to at least maintain their muscle during the cut (as its presumed such rep method utilized for their bulk works well with the persons body).

3-4 weeks is okay, after 4 weeks the changes tend to slow down for me at least which means it's not worth continuing. I have run it at 10-20mg for around 6 weeks but was feeling the lethargy at the end of that. The liver is pretty resilient. I had blood tests done one month after that and everything was normal. I was using milk thistle and a few liver supplements. Two weeks on two weeks off would probably not allow enough time to recover before starting again if you're going to be doing that for any real length of time. Might be okay for 2 on 2 off 2 on at 20mg but then again wk 3 on sd for me is where it comes into its own.

I'd pick the part of your cycle where you'll be needing the orals most and just run it for 3-4 weeks. If you've never used sd Id start on 20mg and then up to 30mg for the last one - two weeks. The underground labs making sd don't really seem to compare to the days of CEL mdrol and all that haha 10mg of that stuff was plenty. Hope that helps

Yeah i suppose i should just stop overthinking and run it per usual as you have described and adjust it from there.
Im gonna kickstart with it and if i like it finish also.running tudca and nac alongside as well.

I think your choice to run it at the end is not necessary.
Definitely at the start.
Start with 10mg then adjusted to 20mg the second week and stick with that dose for a few weeks. If you're be, up to 30mg. But that should be Max with Sdrol.

In terms of liver toxicity. Running the liver supps you mentioned with keep your liver in normal range.

Which brand of sdrol will you be running ?
 
Does anyone have like a max limit of gear they can pin in a muscles before it gets swollen / sore etc? I.e im finding my test e causes swelling and soreness at 1ml. 1/2ml or less is fine. No redness just sore and swollen a little. Glutes are the same. And yes i go deep using yellow or orange tip needles.
