Today, increase food intake, get ready for a slog feast week. Sneak in the UFC today. BBQ food. Lean lamb cutlets, Lean beef steaks, grilled chicken and salad. So yeah about to cook up a feast. Productive day.
 
my diet consists of, chicken, brown rice, steak, vegetables, weet bix.
rarely much else. cave man diet.

plus I have food intolerances so can't eat anything much else anyway, or I feel like iv taken drugs. can't think, feel weird. etc.

Anybody have issues doing wide grip pull ups?
I suck at them... I go pretty strict and all the way down but max out at like 5 lol

Yeh me bro, I'm quite strong on back and have done
Some pretty good lifts while keeping form good.. But pull-ups I suck at .

If I do them at start of session I'll get like 10-8-6-6

Whilst I don't claim to be overly strong I wouldn't say my back training is weak but pull ups are just something I've never been good at.

Might jump on the assisted machine next pull day and try force out some reps

I have the opposite problem. For years I have only ever done wide grip so when I go narrow I find it hits the arms too hard.

Wide grip chin ups, if you can get reps out everyday or preferably multiple times in a day, every day for a week or 2 the reps will improve dramatically.

Off topic- holy shit my game with the ladies is bad after 10 years
 
how far past shoulder width apart are you going with the pull ups? i find if i go too far out the movement just involves the shoulders way too much
