Random question, but anyone in the sydney area have a real good physio or chiro they see to keep them injury free. If anyone knows the bodmechanic or jimmy bluff in usa, both those dudes are meant to be magicians and all the top ifbb pros use them such as Sadik and Jeremy. Obviously being injury free and healthy is the most important part about training.

I'm got dodgy elbows at the moment I'm nursing, I'd get back on Deca, but I like using my dica.

since i started cycle i'm yet to go a full day without sleeping at-least twice through-out it....not sure if RECOVERY GAINS or what.
Does this happen to any1 else ?
