Straight biology (and body secretions as the specific) is certainly not my strong point. I'd assume different macro and micronutrients change the way it tastes, but as for the biological mechanism for it I have no idea.
Diet certainly does have an effect on smell, though. For all parts of the body.

Very possibly, but remember that the body itself is basically a huge buffer solution so all pH is kept at a very, very steady level(which does vary depending on the area of the body). So it may not be the acidity/alkalinity of the food itself, but the components of the food that give it that acidity/alkalinity.
