So I was at the physio for some touch up work. I mentioned my shoulder was a bit sore when I benched especially with dumbbells. He had a poke around, it's rotating forward has a significant weakness and I've got some tendon damage and major inflammation going on. He's actually surprised I didn't tear it. I put it down to being on cycle that I didn't do more damage
So benching/pressing is out for a while now. Looks like I might need to jump on some peptides to help speed things along.
Anyone have any advice?
