depends on your dosage ..
ie. 2Iu a day would last you 100 hundred days
4iu = 50 days etc

From personal experience - 2iu, I felt good. Joints, body.. My skin cleared up as well.. I eventually took 4-5iu a day towards the last few months.. I did take for approx 8 months.. My size increased, and fair to say muscle quality was there and is still there.. I personally can't wait to use again. Will be using 3-4 in a day.
And will be breaking it up into morning and dinner time injections.
From what I learned the body releases its highest amount of natural GH when you sleep..
That's from memory. I do have a shit memory so feel free to correct me..
Given the life expentecy in the body as well, that's why I split my dosages up for maximum effiecency ..

Or just take 10iu a day and get massive .. And tons of insulin and have 20 inch arms
