Holy back muscles. Forgotten what heavy deads do to the lower mid back and glutes..
Just been reading up about cutting, recomp and gear and think I shouldn't have gone straight to a deficit. Should have kept maintenance or surplus until gear fully stable.
That said even on a deficit I gained back the kilo I lost in the first week during this second week.
Gonna hit a small surplus for the next week and make sure I hit my protein intake then go maintenance for a few weeks until test is fully active. Then I'm gonna do a small deficit again and keep cycling calories according to response.

whatre you currently running ? haven't been active much so would have missed when you originally posted what youre using

have a 20wk blast planned
first 6 weeks is a continuation of the cut ive been doing on my cruise
next 6 weeks is a bulk
last 8 weeks shit gets serious and will be a recomp, hoping to gain more size after the bulking phase but trim whatever BF I added aswell

do a 20 week recomp imo!!! depending how you get on with results lean towards slightly more cut or slightly more bulk, but only slight!

As much as i hope he does, i dont think he has a chance... he should have let his legacy remain a legacy and not go out with a fizzle!! just a nobodys opinion tho :P I wish him to do well, but i just dont think he will. I hope he proves me wrong

well overall that's the goal, only difference is I was going to go cut, bulk, full recomp instead of balancing It towards a full recomp the whole time

you think ill get more progress overall if it was a full recomp the whole time ?

Ive always followed the belief that you get better results over all if you commit to one direction during your cycle instead of mini bulks, cuts and recomps! just my opinion though bud, lets see what the other boys chime in!

Been experimenting a little but im running EQ which I'm tapering down from 500mg/week to finish at 250mg. Tbol kick start at 40mg/day for 4 weeks and test starting this week 400mg/week tapering down back to a TRT dose of 150 and thinking about running Var for the last few weeks prior to pct. total 15 weeks
Goals are performance, endurance and body recomp.
Current weight 101kg hoping to finish lighter but stronger, increasing explosive power and endurance.
I've no plan of being a BB. I train Boxing, kickboxing and BJJ so my goals aren't size.

Winstrol would suit your goals i believe better than anavar
