How long ago did you finish PCT and what weight did you start at pre cycle?

Pre cycle I was 90kg end of pct I was 100kg and I finished my pct probably 5-6 weeks ago roughly
Haven't been eating as much lately though and also bringing my estro down helped me drop bloat

I reckon that's still pretty good, 7.5kgs gain from a cycle is solid especially if that's all lean tissue. Gotta keep smashing the food to maintain the wait though man! Was is your first cycle?

Yep it was my first cycle! Yeah I was getting up to 4800 calories a day and honestly struggling with it! Was sick just thinking about food and I also Injured my elbow and lost a bit of motivation.

I am happy with how I am at the moment and I'll be focusing on leaning out next cycle so still trying to decide what to run

Still an awesome first cycle. Mine was a 10 week cycle of sust 250. Went from 81 to 95kg. No Ai and just ate heaps of food (mainly dirty), was just a fat water balloon at the end hahah

off cycle I sit around 99-100kg (15% bf) and I only eat about 4000 calories a day which seems to maintain weight pretty well

Id have to add a shake or something if I was going to eat more, I don't think I could handle more food.
 
Can someone tell the what's the difference between running test higher than Tren or vice versa, was thinking 350mg Test E and 600mg Tren E a week!
 
Never ever had a pinning fuckup like tonight. Not sure how much went in and rest all over the mirror.
Fuck. Had to jab again. More pissed I don't know how much went in
Lesson for the future then? At least keep an eye on it so if it does screw up you know about how much went in. I don't suppose you couldn't see how much was on the mirror, then subtract that from what was left in the needle?

Some people get less sides from low test high tren, and some the opposite. Some get no sides with high on both. You run what you can handle because you get better results if you don't constantly feel like shit.
Run tren before?

Once I can confirm that I can get some quality primo, I will be looking to do a thoroughly good cycle (make the most of it), so I want to learn as much as possible before buying to get set. One big question I have is about maintaining the mass: is this a gimme? - once you put it on does it just stay on? Or does it just come off eventually? Primo has the best rep for this, so what and how much work if any is required to keep / maintain gains? would I need to cycle again? Sorry for the newb questions. Thanks guys

No Bjorn, never. I have only used "legal" supps which I have probably put on about 5 kg's with. I am nearly 2m tall, about 94kg, and sub 20% body fat.

If you are that tall and weigh that much you have plenty left to gain naturally, will just require a bit of hard work and solid nutrition. I would think someone close to 2m tall could hold at least 105kg at around 12-15% bf.
Don't sell yourself short and jump on prematurely, you only get a first cycle once...
 
I have, ran Tren Ace and Test Prop both at 100mg EOD! Had no sides. Lucky me haha

Yeah you're fine then, just wanted to make sure just so you didn't take tren e for your first time. Just keep in mind that going from 100mg EOD of tren a (350mg/week) to 600mg tren e/week, you may have sides arise and tren will take a while to clear your system if that's the case.
Because tren is more anabolic and androgenic than test, you probably get most bang for buck running minimal test and as much tren as you can handle without having sufficiently bad sides to justify dropping it. I'd just mess around over time and see what ratio works best for you.
Some people want higher test because their dick stops working (even when controlling prolactin and estrogen) so you'll have to see how you fit in that equation.

I do kind of agree with ozevo7 on this one. Look, you're welcome to use gear but I'd really want you to have a big read about things first. I took 2 years from when my mate told me he was using and I started considering until my first pin.

For a first cycle, I'd say test over primo. Trying to source primo is a pain in the cunt and honestly you don't need it as a newbie. A lot of older bodybuilders rave about it (it's a great compound from what I've heard, sure) but it was easier to get back then and it's really not worth sinking the cash into when you could just run 500mg test and make great progress.

Ultimately, I'd sit back, learn a LOT more about gear and keep hammering away in the gym and the kitchen.
 
Yeah was thinking starting off with 250mg Test and 400mg Tren to start off with and if no sides then bump it up to 600mg and if still non might takes my chances at 800mg. Would 800mg be a tad too much?

It's hard to say dude, really depends. My first tren run I used 400 test 350 tren a, then changed to 400 test 700 tren a after a few weeks of handling fine. It wasn't bad, great results etc, but I probably didn't need it that high. I could've got better results from better diet (more food) instead of just more drugs. Second tren run I ran 500 test 400 deca 400 tren e. That was good too, felt amazing and was using about half the tren.
Currently I'm considering adjusting my blast (been on for about two months so far) from 750 test 400 deca 600 EQ to 250 test 400 tren 750 EQ. Just a matter of playing around with things and seeing how they feel.
