Fuck me almost considering putting my misses on some generic powerlifting program. Trying to work this custom one out is just melting my brain a bit. Anyone know of any really good ones? Haha

Anyone clued up with Insulin. A diabetic friend has some thats about 18 months out of date, and will give it to me for free. He said its been refrigerated the whole time and that its perfectly fine to use still. Just wondering if you agree with this?

Gym last 2 weeks has been great, on 180 test E.
 
I've dropped halo, also dropped primo. On test e 500mg and lifting like a boss. Putting the hard yards in before Trenbolone sandwiches are back in my mouth.. Not looking forward to the pinning though lol
 
Delayed PIP fuck me haha! Trained legs today and finished with some cable pull throughs and thought my glute was going to pop!

Yeh i know the feeling mate, i think the blasts really tax your body and its a welcome break for your organs, CNS and hormones!

Monday - Heavy upper body
Tuesday - Heavy lower body
Wednesday - Sleds & farmer walks
Thursday - Pump upper body
Friday - Pump lower body
Sat/Sun - Rest and EAT

I really love Push Pull Legs but this cycle might just go

Chest/triceps/Calves
Legs ( quad focus )
Back/biceps/calves
Shoulders
Legs ( ham focus ) / calves
Arms

I feel that with some shoulder injuries I have I struggle hitting delts after chest as they're very fatigued but the only other option is to really focus on shoulders before chest but yeah... I don't know I worry about not training optimally and if I'm short changing myself
