Would love for people to share their actual splits/routines.
here is a normal split when on a blast ( it does change all the time so this is just an example):
Mon: Quads, Hammie
Tuesday: Chest, Bis, Calfs
Weds: Back, Tris, Shoulders, Abs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders, Quads, Calfs
Saturday:Chest, hammies, abs
sunday: Rest OR Arms and calfs if i feel for it.
When im not blasting i decrease the volume quite a bit.
i genetically have horrendous calfs, very high insertions, so i smash them atleast 3 times a week to make them look at least reasonable!
