Would love for people to share their actual splits/routines.

here is a normal split when on a blast ( it does change all the time so this is just an example):

Mon: Quads, Hammie
Tuesday: Chest, Bis, Calfs
Weds: Back, Tris, Shoulders, Abs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders, Quads, Calfs
Saturday:Chest, hammies, abs
sunday: Rest OR Arms and calfs if i feel for it.

When im not blasting i decrease the volume quite a bit.
i genetically have horrendous calfs, very high insertions, so i smash them atleast 3 times a week to make them look at least reasonable!

have you noticed any significant change in the size of your calve muscles since smashing them three times a week?

I ask as they are one muscle group I have never managed to grow. 17 years of training and ive tried everything - even looked into calve implants..... high reps, low reps heavy weight, once a week, everyday, different machines, different angles whatever.... always ran a program over a long (12 month) period and still after all this time they are skinny as fk!

Genetics can be a b*^ch!!!

Does anyone ever start their cruise and feel more amped than when they were blasting

Gym last 2 weeks has been great, on 180 test E.
yeah man I can relate to this. At the end of some cycles im pleased to have got it all over and done with. I get sick of constant pinning and the general feeling of my body being pumped full of sh*t! And I only use small doses....

Been crusing on 250mg sus per week for the last 5 weeks ( was on 500mg for two weeks prior to that)..first time i haven't run a full pct & decided to cruise....... still ttsining at 100%, hitting cardio every second day and feel so much better.....

might just be old age catching up with me bro....but its nice to be not pinning eod.....

mon: shoulders and traps (tris get a secondary workout)
tues: bis and forearms
wed: core
Thurs: chest and tris
Fri: back
Sat: core
Sun: legs ( I occasionally switch up my Sat and Sun workouts depending on what yhe famz is up to).

Wes and Sat are easy relaxing core and ab sessions, over and done wirh in undet 30 mins so I get ample rest. I guess it falls into the push/pull category... with a push sesison them a pull...

if I need to tax a muscle group twice in the same week I can easily do this. ie: do a little back on a Tuesday with bis and conversely do some bis on a Friday with back. likewise I occasionally chuck in some dips on a Monday with shoulders traps and tris or some shoulder press with chest and tris on a Thursday.....

When training properly I listen to the body. Keep some sort of "structure" but if it's leg day and legs are tight I'll train another body part.

Or if training continuously day after day I again listen, and don't do for example chest on international chest day !

Bam you read between the lines haha
Adder: "legs are tight" = sat at a desk all day and picked up a paper cut on the tip of my index finger so have to skip leg day....

oh well, at least he's honest lol

I don't know where I should pin tomorrow.
I've never done quad or delt yet but is 2.5ml too much for delt?

Might just go for it and see how I go then!
Have decent sized delts ( without sounding up myself )

Relaxing dangling arm?
Also with quad shots- standing or sitting?

I do mine seated with my leg kind of straight but not. Give the muscle a good old wobble to make sure its not tensed and away i go, can comfortably fit 3ml however i really wouldn't recommend it for a first pin... first ever ever quad shots had me hobbling around like a gimp for days with only 1ml.

I do delts with arm by side, line up meatiest part of lateral head in mirror and bang. Hate delts though.
Quads seated, stops it tensing.
Do you do ventroglute shots?
