Hate pinning delts too, but when i have to i rest my elbow on my desk and put my arm down flat. Keeps it very relaxed.

Most I've ever done in delts is 0.8ml quads no problems at all with 3ml they are my favourite to pin

I do delts with arm by side, line up meatiest part of lateral head in mirror and bang. Hate delts though.
Quads seated, stops it tensing.
Do you do ventroglute shots?

I've ever used glute but I'll look into the ventroglute for sure thanks

On a serious note I'm almost 4 weeks on tren ace now n I started doin 60-80mg ed n test e 500mg plus .25mg caber every 3 days n I'm sleeping fine besides waking up sweaty the only issue I have is lethargy n getting irritated quickly the first 2-3 weeks was a real struggle maybe my body has gotten used to it I dunno

Na no ai's I think the brand is v labs tren ace Ill have to check when I get home n the test is rising Dragon I have aromisin u think I need an ai?

cool never heard of those labs tho. depends how good the test is. maybe after a while the estrogen will build up.
if you feel after a while you have hi estro sides start using it.

at 250 test I dnt use Ai.
