Also - put aside feeling for syntha labs. Juicy has been wrongly accused in this. Syntha reps have every right to be frustrated. Clearing the air there because it's the right thing to do. Sorry.

It took time, yes we were wrong. But making sure we continued to work it out. Took a lot of analysing.

I just used the evo custom search on auslabs and they have been asked about in a few threads and one bloke started a log. No definitive answers except from Harry who said their ostarine wasn't as strong as the stuff he got from the UK

Got some awesome feedback on my physique and also some good advice from someone who has been in the industry for a long time.
Back in 4 weeks to keep working on the routine.

My back poses are what let me down which is a shame but I seemed to have got a routine in place now and I'll be able to practice that a few times each day as well as the compulsory poses each day

Due to where i live (the middle of fucking no where) i dont have any proper coaches, but am posing practise via skype and there 2 boys here who have competed a few times who are helping me. Is the best i can do. Luckily im doing gay boy physique haha so the posing isnt quite as technical or demanding as bodybuilding but still has its tougher parts

Myself and Plat are running a program to raise money over the next 48 hours to feed the homeless.

It's Christmas time and everyone is looking to spend time with our loved ones and celebrate. This is also a time of year where the less fortunate are more effected on many levels. Given the position we are in. We a firm believer that if you're in a better position and can give back to the ones that need it the most.
