Sorry to hear that. You pinched your back, gotta be careful, man. Make sure you're warming up properly and stretching.

Definitely time to add some yoga twice a week.

That will help with the pinched nerves.

Stretch your spine out every day. Maybe consider investing in an inversion table.

You definitely don't want to develop more and more imbalances

that will lead to more and more injuries.

Proud of you, man. Keep up the good work. Those abs are looking sensational.

You're showing that you don't have to run a ton of gear to have great results.

Wow, that VAR is really looking good.

It's paying off for you. We can tell the cutting and hardening is having an effect.

@haldencapital missed your updates bro thought you sick
abs looking and back wide i like your size
you did what with diet?

yeah, night shifts hit hard right now... Diet is still in check. But hunger is terrible. ghrelin must be very high due to the lack of sleep. I must admit that my caloric surplus has been higher than it used to be. I'm trying to find a new footing right now :/

@caligirl85 exactly! I hope this will serve as an exemple to many who try to jump far too deep in a cycle right away before even having a good foundation. :)

I hated every night shift I ever did

oh man! These are soul killing really. But it puts food on the table so got to do what we got to do! @Mobster
Bros You are amazing. Look at that physique. V-shape is in!

@ceo thank you :)

@sambee38 @BookerTNY @Arabian @Zyglamail thanks for the input guys! i started stretching yesterday, again. I always stop but have to get back to it every time this back pinch comes around. I should really take care of this on the long run and stick to it. My gym has an inversion table. I'm going to use it and see!
