Are you able to add extra naps bro?yeah, night shifts hit hard right now... Diet is still in check. But hunger is terrible. ghrelin must be very high due to the lack of sleep. I must admit that my caloric surplus has been higher than it used to be. I'm trying to find a new footing right now :/
