Second day on anavar so I don't feel much yet. Hopefully, i'll start getting the kick in 7-10 days.
But as far as training goes, vascularity came back slowly after I ditched the booze and kept my diet, training and sleep regime on track. Abs are popping out nicely too

And yes, I do train legs. But.... They are the reason I don't weigh 10 pounds more. I spent so many years doing endurance sports that they don't seem to understand I want to switch from type 1 muscle fibers to type 2
This is where I lose the most muscle mass when I maintain and this is where I store most of my fat. Not much to see there at this point. Not a lot of definition. Tiny legs
