✅ Log update - Friday - chest + shoulders

💣 Happy Friday EVO FAM, hope your all off to a killer start to the weekend ahead!

🏴‍☠️ 4am chest and shoulder bias session this morning: This was the first push session of the new program from coach @R. AP and we’re adding emphasis on my weak parts (in my case this is shoulders for this session)

☠️ I left nothing in the tank this morning, trying to redefine what I thought was failure sets and push beyond that - without budging on the execution or movement patter it’s self.

💚 And got to run my new NovoRapid insulin pen pre workout to - big thanks to the legends at @Raptor Labs for getting them to me in a split second! Can’t wait to see a few weeks of this in the system.

🔥 coaches has bumped my calories up again last night by adding 300+ more - as my body weight has been dropping initially. That’s a 1000 calorie daily bump and we’re getting a tad tighter and leaner each day that passes.

🙏 Have killer days bros, much love for taking the time to read this shit.

🔥 EVO FAM, hope yall smashing the day and ticking off your list!

☠️ 2nd day of my new push phase, and had the most savage 4am leg workout this morning. This was the first leg session my coach has programmed - with a big focus on hamstrings and abductors as they are the first part of my lower body we need to bring up.

🏴‍☠️ The workout it’s self:

Abductor machine:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Found a new gym just so I could do these, well with the extra drive)

Laying hammie curl:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(The connection on this was incredible this morning)

RDL:
1x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Still gauging the weight to tempo, will take a few sessions to find my grove)

Quad extension
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(The most controlled ive taken the movement pattern to date, could hardly breath on the failure set)

Hack squat:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Died in the ass, climb out on the bump stops)

Standing calf raise:
5x sets

Bro my first time using insulin was this morning, really excited to see how it gos over the next few days with shuttling the carbs during the workout

This morning felt great, but I’ve been feeling much better now I got my calories going up
