EVO bros, hope ya’ll have been killing it today no matter what your up to!

Big update today, I’ll keep the micro details for upcoming post to make this more digestible.

DAY ONE, WEEK ONE, PUSH PHASE.
☑ We have officially gotten the all-clear from the physio post surgery, this means after 9 months since ripping the tendon of the bone I can train and start building muscle again - it’s been a very long road from being completely immobilised in a sling - to this point now.

BIG NEWS: for the first time ever I now have a coach on board to guide me to the next stage of my journey ‘form torn tendons to bodybuilding’

I have now been fully on-boarded with him and we have a killer game plan ahead to start building muscle, work on the missing symmetry, and also resetting any old negative habits I held from the past.

I’ll have several updates with all of the training, nutrition, protocols and timelines over the next few days - as well as documenting my experience with hiring a coach for the first time, and that may prove helpful for anyone else thinking about getting a coach.
