I dont see any pull ups but you need to add them.
Had to miss Leg day and Cardio last week due to back playing up. Deep tissue massage and needling helped as usual. Back to the gym today. Pretty good Push day, got the job done.

@Supraslx77 i haven’t had much luck catching big snapper. It’s usually small ones. Yellowtails are great eating but smallSnapper is beautiful, I like it a lot.
That's my friend with average size snapper for our area. They are much bigger in tropics and Barrier Reef
