2 scoops wpi with water

300 grams beef mince with 150 grams rice and salad of your choice

300 grams salmon with 150 grams potatoes and veggies of your choice

My liver is a bit sensitive to the fatness of Salmon so I will use different fish there like Barramundi, Monk fish, Snapper, Halibut, etc.

Yeah Gainsman is the man haha. All good with Omega 3 intake. I am taking plenty of it, there was a photo of Carlson Fish oil that i use few pages back. 1600mg per ml

Snapper is beautiful, I like it a lot.
That's my friend with average size snapper for our area. They are much bigger in tropics and Barrier Reef

Zero need except perhaps in the last 2 weeks before a competition to eat the same all the time
 
Snapper is beautiful, I like it a lot.

@Supraslx77 i haven’t had much luck catching big snapper. It’s usually small ones. Yellowtails are great eating but small
One day I will get a big one
