so i'm new and this is my first post around myself and my experience. I'm 43, 5'11, currently 220lbs, my Chinese renpho scale says im 18% body fat. I've been lifting naturally since i was about 20. I've been on doctor prescribed trt (100mg/week) for approximately 8 years. I used to kickbox and suspect i've had some cte over the years, which likely lead to some lower test readings. 2 years ago I ran my first cycle, 500 test, 100 mast and 40mg anavar ed. I think since then i've really dived in and have enjoyed delving into research, podcasts etc, and trying to learn as much as i can, hence why i'm here, so far really liking the forum. When dropping to my cruise i'm staying in the 1mg/pound of test. My second cycle I experimented with lower test, at 375 cyp, 150 tren ace, and 200 mast weekly. I felt good and had good results. All and all i've ran 4 cycles, I've been learning a few things along the way but keep learning daily.
Current cycle is looking like this: (weekly) Goal: to mitigate sore elbows, while getting lean with health being in mind.

Have Anavar which I like, thinking 30mg daily for last 6 weeks, or Winny, which i've never used, looking at 50mg for last 4 weeks. (i figured the nandrolone would offset whatever joint issues that may arise with winny.
My supps/ancils are:
Omega 3 (high dose)
Magnesium (high dose)
Zinc
Tadalafil 5mg
aspirin daily
telmisartan 40mg
Vitamins d,k,c and b6 for prolactin
NAC
Will add in Tudca should i run Winny
Cardio: I'm doing steady state on treadmill, with goal of 12000 steps, broken up throughout the day. Usually half of that fasted in the am with ECA stack, and a bit of carnitine.
Training: Typically 5 days a week, rocking a bro split at the moment. Gains have been good and steady. I'm strong but have been upping reps in lieu of lower reps and volume has been pretty high, usually going to the 2-3 reps in reserve approach, with 3 to 4 work sets going to failure.
My diet is well monitored, i'm currently at approximately 2500 cals daily, keep track with my fitness pal. Average day im in the 220-240 protein, 40-60 fat and 180-250 carbs. I will add in a high carb day once a week, and will get into the 600-800 carb range. I often struggle with waking up in the middle of the night half asleep and will want to binge, it's been the bane of my existence for some time.
Sleep: I have recently acquired a CPAP machine that i have been using and liking, though i often struggle to keep it on all night. I get between 6-8hrs nightly, but sleep has historically been a challenge. I've used many different sleep pills, recently I'm trying to not take anything.
I'm about a month into this cycle and feel good. I realize the deca will only really be kicking in soon, but i have objectively noticed less pain in my elbows. I realize its a bit of a weak cycle, i've been wondering about adding in low dose tren for last 6 in lieu of a oral, but unsure and have heard mixed things around combining 19-Nors.
