Big shout out to Gearmaniac for the exceptional service and professionalism his provided for me this week having received two separate orders in one week having ordered the 2nd after the 1st arrived! must admit I was sceptical because of product availability and prices seemed a bit too good and having been screwed a few times over the years but I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Great communication and supplies tracking number which is new to me so far. I got some pharmaceutical and vials all heavily wrapped in what seemed like an endless amount of bubble wrap!

Hi all, just wanted to say. I only just signed up and was so sceptical of this forum and of @Gearmaniac101 but placed an order anyway hoping for the best... Got a tracking number straight away and looked at it a few days later only to find the auspost truck had a fire and couldn't believe my luck. Called Aus post to confirm it and then send @Gearmaniac101 a message told them of the issue. Was amazed when with no questions asked they sent a new order same day no extra cost . To say I'm impressed is an understatement.
They are so helpful and gear products
