Anyway she has seen some of the amazing physiques on here but remains unimpressed. We agreed i can get to around 90kgs after that ill need her approval to go further.

Don't do this in one shot. Add in 200cals every 1-2 weeks until you get to where you want. Your maintenance may not be 2800 anymore if you've been dieting for a while. Last thing you want to do is put on a bunch of fat at the start of a growth phase. What are your current cals/macros?

Mostly keto atm, average around 2300 depending on the day. Macros are around 50g carbs 150g protein 160g fats. I can definitely go up slower. 2500 first or so. I can also manipulate cardio. Ill be watching fat lvls closely Thanks for the tip.
