Getting back into it

hello everyone

been working out on and off for over a decade to the point where I've made great progress but I've never been consistent enough to maintain it.

due to circumstances around my life I have let myself go and am sitting at 24% bodyfat and 214 lbs at 29 years old and I'm now determined that nothing is going to stop me from getting back in great shape

looking to do a 12 week hard recomp with upper lower splits and cardio

done a couple of single sarm cycles of lgd and ostarine in the past but never made the jump to multi sarm cycles due to suppression worries.

however I've read around and now decided to take the plunge into multi sarm cycles.

I'm due my triple stack of lgd 10mg s4 50mg and gw 20mg by the 10th jan.

I have a few questions that if anyone can answer then I'd appreciate it.....

was thinking dosing s4 for 25mg for first two weeks and then slowly upping it to 50?

is just Clomid enough or do you think nolva as well for pct?

I actually have 12 weeks worth of rad140 at 20mg a day that was planned for different goals that is just sitting there. I'm apprehensive of major suppression by adding it in......perhaps save it for another cycle down the line? (lean bulk with 677)

what sort of cardio and calories do you recommend? my fitness pal is set to lose 1lb a week and a work in a manual Job so it's suggested 2800 a day?

any replies appreciated. all the best

This is just my opinion but with that high bf I wouldn't touch any drugs. I think you'd be much better off with getting in better shape first.
As far as dosages go, 25mg is a good starting point for s4.

If you are planning on running s4 only you don't need clomid or nolva but I still recommend that you to run test booster like HCGenerate after your cycle (3-4 weeks).
 
I always start S4 low and slowly increase due to the vision side effects as they are just annoying.

You could add in RAD140 but I think Ostarine (MK2866) would be a better fit to be honest. That said there is no reason you couldnt run it with you cardarine, S4, LGD stack.

You will want clomid at 25mg for 4 week plus a natural test booster like N2Generate. You dont need anything more than that as sarms are not highly suppressive.

Diet wise just track your calories and see how your weight loss is going. If its flat cut 100 calories out at a time to get it dialed in. If you go too low and are fatigued and muscle growth isnt there add back in 50-100 calories at a time.

Its all trial and error. As for workout routines I do 3 day splits. Pushing (chest, triceps, shoulders), Pulling (back and biceps), and legs. I do Pushing day, cardio, Pulling day, cardio, legs, cardio, then a rest day if you want or can do light cardio and stretching. Good luck man!
 
use GW and another light sarm.. the nice thing about sarms is no matter your body fat you can still use them (21+ in age)

but brother for them to work the absolute best you MUST dial in your diet lifestyle. otherwise you are wasting your time. in studies with GW it was shown in both human/rat studies that those who exercised more improved endurance much much more than those that didn't.. same with fat loss and diet. you will get 10X better results doing things the right way

cheers for the input everyone....I think I'll get nutrition and training in check before I look at peds. to be honest I'm getting a bit ahead of myself and I need to nail the basics and be consistent.
felt good to get back in the gym this morning.....I'll check back in when I've knocked a sizeable amount of fat off.

when I get down to say 15% bodyfat would you agree the lgd s4 gw combo would be a good starting point? or even add rad as well?

I will suggest that you cut your current percentage of body fat in half before you begin to ingest any type of PED.
 
i love the attitude and the want to improve... thats awesome however a recomp does NOT fit the mold here... you are one fourth fat man... you need to get in much better condition before you consider a recomp of any kind... i would focus on getting to a HEALTHY body fat first and then look at a recomp...
