Why is it when I use steroids I tend to get fatigued outside of the gym but then when I walk into the gym I get motivated and trained my balls off. Does this happen to anyone else?
I’m on test 400 and superdrol and doing 30mgs a day. Results are outstanding, getting fast results and trying to push myself as hard as I can.
I’m 30 years old and 2 years been using steroids and noticed this.

I am the same way lol it’s likely because the body on cycle runs at its max capacity like an f1 car hitting 15k rpm non stop. Training intensity is also much higher and rest requirements grow simultaneously. There’s way to mitigate this like a rich in nutrient diet, uninterrupted sleep and adequate recovery periods.

its a mental thing. same reason when you go fishing, hunting, or get sexual you may turn into a different person. survival mechanisms start to kick in. pro athletes in all sports who are the best in their game get into the zone and are unstoppable, while others might practice good and then when game time comes they under perform. save logic as a great college athlete who gets to the pros and then flames out. they just don't have 'it'

walking into the gym is your battleground and mentality you can overcome the toxicity your body is going through. that is a good thing, means you have that 'it factor'

on tren your body gets sick inside, so of course you feel like shit most of the time.

allowing the mind to control the body, instead of the body control the mind is what you should strive for. i talk about this all the time on the podcast. its the concept behind fasting. your body is asking for food but you don't give it, then 20 minutes later you aren't hungry anymore. were you ever hungry? no. you have energy on your body to tap into. you just trained your body to trick your brain into wanting food all the time. its about making your mind AND body strong, not just your mind.

its all mental, training is a mental game no matter the steroids
though i found cardarine gw helps training for sure

e that's good that you're able to get pumped up for the gym

some people get pumped up to train it's like going to war

sometimes the body and the Brain work against each other

Clean up your diet

superdrol arguably the most liver toxic steroid (only mibolerone is worse) so thats why youre fatigued man. superdrol shouldnt be run longer than one month. tudca is probably the #1 liver support drug out there but id look into n2guard. tren and orals NOTORIOUS for straining the bodys organs and making you feel like shit overall outside of the gym.
