getting my summer tren run in order

excited to be using trenbolone this summer.
Last summer I used it for the first time and put on like 12 pounds. This time I want to do it again but instead of doing 50mgs EOD of tren ace, I want to do 400mgs a week of tren E with split dosing twice a week for 10 weeks.
Will be using it solo.
I’m 5’11’’ 184 pounds and 8% body fat. 36 years old
I would like to shred down to five or six percent how would you play the diet aspect of using this for that purpose?

If it were me I would not even bother getting that shredded if I wasn’t competing. Being that lean is unsustainable. Post a pic.

tren solo? i dont like that

but 300mgs tren enan and 250mgs test enan good start
 
when you diet hard on tren it will 95% of the time make side effects worse

its important with tren to spread out carbs, this keeps sides more manageable
 
tren is a dirty steroid, i hate it and will never recommend
 
your stats are very solid maybe add in some Winnie
 
tren is good but don't use it over and over.
 
n2guard and lots of water with tren always
 
to start, you certainly dont need that much tren.. also, getting body fat too low is not only not sustainable but not healthy and will likely have a very negative effect on mood and quality of life, mixed with tren and the effects it can have on cognitive health, i would think long and hard about doing this.. also, beyond that, im personally not a fan of running tren without test... as well as running tren that high
 
5 to 6% bodyfat is not sustainable nor healthy long term. 8% is very lean if that's your true bodyfat I wouldn't advise lower unless prepping for a contest
