Getting shredded for summer

Hello Guys I have some question how should I cut for the summer
Here are my stats:1.90m,95kg,body fat 13%,19 years old

I wanna cut down for the summer in 1 month from now my cut will take 12-14 weeks.
Wich diet would be the best to lose as much body fat as possible and still keeping my muscle???
Low fat or low carb???
I will use cardarine,Yohimflame,N2Slin,N2Guard,Sustanon 250,Anavar and aromasin.
What about letrozole at the and of the cut in order to get extremely lean???
How big should be my caloric deficit???
 
You are 19 years old cycling test and anavar? I'm sorry man but I dont believe in this nor telling you what to do.. I'd urge you to reconsider and stick with GW yohimflame and n2slin for now and just work hard and eat right and you'll be fine
 
Too young for steroids bro. You need to get several more years of hrd training and dieting under your belt first. I was damn near twice your Age before touching juice
 
its new generation folks. I just pinned my first shot yesterday. And my own son did his first cycle a few months ago. He will never catch up with me though. I am trying not to generalize, but it appears as "generation weak" all across the continent
 
now, apart from what I said (please don't mind my rant ok), I personally prefer cyclic ketogenic diet for cutting. Perhaps the most muscle-sparing diet of all I tried. Calorific deficit should be at the very comfortable level, not more than 500 ccal/day. At your stats, if your stats are true, you can get spectacular results way before summer. At 13% BF your abs are already visible, you don't have that much to burn. 500 ccal a day usually materialize into something like a pound of fat a week. You only have handful of pounds to burn anyway

Just eat clean, man.....give the sauce about another 3 more years or so. Diet is a major component in the pursuit of your goals.
Im over 2x your age and Im still dialing diet before I even begin to start pinning....Once i learned how and what nutrition has its place, I didnt need to jab.
Mostly hard work with cardio and food.....

Im doing that now, and its definitely working......spot on, weiss
 
You will easily accomplish your goals with just a good diet bro. AAS at your age is reckless. Get some dspark, HCGenerate and yohimflame and you should be able to get some great results with that
 
I agree with what the vets here have said. Wait, let your body develop and grow!! I'm 42 and the things helping me to cut right now are Sarms1 triple stack, Yohimflame, N2Slin, and a modified Evo diet. (Low carb) At your age you have too much going for you, do not destroy it when you are still growing.
 
why take the chance screwing up your endo system for life when you just want to cut up a bit? (ps steroids are anabolic, theyre for getting bigger, not leaner)
