can I take glutamic acid and glutamine together? because I started taking it but my stomach hurts and some pain in my digestion.

bro you can take them together....but if you have stomach issues, clear them up....

They should not be too bad for the stomach, but if they cause pain, better stop taking them - they are not important enough as to live with all of these disturbances.

why don't you post what is in it.

maybe they have dextrin and you are gluten sensitive.. can be anything

What is your reason for taking glutamic acid? Anything highly acidic can cause an upset stomach.

Glutamine shouldnt cause any stomach distress. It's a non polar amino acid and very minimally acidic.

Taking them together shouldn't make any difference on stomach distress. I suspect it is just the glutamic acid causing your problem. Either lower your dosage or try taking it with a meal.
