Glutamine timing

The recommended dosage of glutamine is 5-10g pre workout, post workout and before bed.

What is your reason for using the glutamine? It's a pretty old school supplement that is really over rated and over hyped.

Glutamine is great for gut health and immune function but it won't do a whole lot for muscle recovery.

BCAAs are a much better choice. The branch chained amino acid L-leucine directly signals protein synthesis through the mtor pathway. The branch chained amino acids are also extremely anti-catabolic which makes them great to take before cardio, especially when doing fasted cardio.

Just make sure to read the ingredients carefully because a lot of the flavoured BCAA products on the market have a lot of added sugar and carbohydrates per serving. This will blunt the fat loss response that you would of gotten from the cardio other wise. I personally use the capsulated BCAA product gear from n2bm.com.

Thanks man this does help. My reason for taking glutamine is just that I have some and always thought it was ideal to take for building muscle. Appreciate the advice!

it really won't do much bro.

you would be better spending your money at n2bm with GEAR and a strong T booster hcgenerate. they will work far better for you

I kinda also think that glutamine is way overrated. It does help a bit with recovery but not as significant as a proper BCAA complex (or maybe even EAA).

So save your money on it and get BCAAs instead.
