I'm going camping with the family, what supplements are safe to bring? I'm thinking food related like protein maybe bad for bears?

I have serious doubts about bears attacking protein shakes and protein bars. But if you want to be safe only bring bottled supplements (in a plastic container).

Protein supplements won't give off an odour if kept sealed so you don't have to worry. Just don't keep the container opened. I would pack the following for your camping trip, assuming your diet won't be optimal.

whey isolate
protein bars
multi vitamin
fish oil
greens powder
psyllium husk powder
bottled water bottles

Canned tuna, rice cakes and almonds would also be good to bring.

Believe you me - bears will find much more interesting things and food than just protein. So I would not worry for that.

bears will not bother you unless provoked first. unfortunately they are used to humans invading their turf so they have gotten used to humans having food around so if they see you camping they will try and sneak in to eat.

This is going to be very important to stay on track. Greens powder and fiber are vital.

Let me just say this about Bears.
They take that word, "Omnivore" very seriously, meaning they like to try Everything and Anything.
They're like Little Kids, so make sure All of your Food is in Air-Tight Containers....................................... JP

Bro a bear comes at me for my protein its getting shot in the face. plain and simple....

Lol idk man. Where are you camping. I lived in Alaska for a bit and would go camping all the time. I never actually had a bear issue. We would bbq and everything. Ive run into them elsewhere and they are pretty harmless.

I keep most of these with me whether I can camping or not.

I just went on a huge camping trip at the end of the summer and when I go camping I really go camping. I fish for my food and everything. I made sure I had gear with me this really upped my protein blood plasma levels. I didn't have to work about using any protein powders.
