Well, I feel I might cop a bit of flak for this one! But oh well, I would like to see the effects of going Plant Based for the cut? For Cardio?
And I also plan on doing a blast/Bulk following this plant based as well
I am doing this out of interest from a health perspective, not for the love of animals. (I am sorry cows, if you didn't want us to eat you, why do you taste so delicious?)

Workout:
Chest/Tri/side delts
Back/Bi/rear delts
Legs/Calves
Cardio 5x 30-45minutes weekly
Abs 3x a week
Diet Example:

Breakfast 50g Oats w/ fruit and Yoghurt
Snack - 2x scoop protein powder and piece of fruit
Lunch - Chickpea and Pineapple curry
Dinner - Teriyaki Tofu
Snack - Fruit
Supplements:
Omeg-3 oil, Vitamin D, multi Vitamin.
Sleep:
7-9 hours a night, solid sleep 5-7 nights a week

I got a blood test yesterday and am just waiting on the results, I will upload them once they come through
