After asking the lads if I should push through and do Cardio or not with my ankle the ways it's been, they suggested I got out for breakfast, so that's what I did! Full English Breakfast..... 100% vegan! Even the egg is plant based!
Mr Potato opened up near where I work and all I can say it's loaded potato's slaaappppppp, while I can eat them on a cut, they will be an ideal bulking meal
Training has been bad this week due to 2 minor injuries, I'll be back to it tomorrow
