Done. Ill look into incorporating 16/8 fasting is well at some point and document any changes with that to.

Yes, I was meant to order BB2 which included prolactin, but unfortunately, I ordered BB1 🥲
 
My bloods came back, always interesting to get an insight into how everything is.

I could definitely use with getting my iron in check. I have got some iron tablets and Vit C tablets and will be incorporating more foods that are rich in both into my diet.

Overall, I wouldn't say anything too bad though.

@KiwiFella you have an iron deficiency for sure, your cells are hypochromic. You need to add iron asap with vitamin C and get b12 asap.

Breakfast this morning, oats with fruit, coconut Yoghurt and some cacao coated almonds.

Fruits: Banana, strawberries, Mango and kiwifruit.

Vitamins: omega 3s, vitamin b12, vitamin D and multi Vitamin.
perfect meal, add some NAC too daily

yes i have. but I was a little disappointed in that series because they didn't delve enough into fasting and they also weren't specific with diet. There's a lot of garbage put in food in America especially with the additives where you could eat similar Foods and still not get anywhere.

australia has a lot of laws in place to keep crap out of foods. example is bleached flour. its illegal in australia, but completely legal in america. and half our breads in america are bleached. not good
honestly i think people way over-complicate healthy eating and lifestyle
