Approved Log Going Plant Based - Testosterone Primobolan Log

After getting my bloods done yesterday, it's come back that my iron levels are very low, so I have added in Vit C and Iron tablets. I will also be incorporating more food that contains both Vit C and Iron.
This doesn't come from the plant based diet (I only started it the day I got the bloods done) but has presumably come from the amount of coffee I drink?

On top of my vitamins/supplements I also have Brazil nuts for Selenium.

Fun fact about Selenium:

The three highest foods in regards to Selenium levels are:

3. Tuna (Yellowfin) with 108ncg per 100g

2. Shellfish (Oysters) with 154mcg per 100g

And in first place, by a country mile!
1. Brazil nuts with 1,917mcg per 100g!

They are so high in Selenium, that 1 Brazil nuts a day, or a serving of them a few times a week is all you need!

Right, this is an important part I have forgotten to share!!!
I am also using 1mg Retatrutide twice weekly, I started on 12/02 weighing 98.3kg as of this morning I am 94.2kg. 18th of January I was 103.7kg.

It is making me so uninterested in food, I can be half way through a meal and forget that I am actually eating!! My muscles are very depleted and my strength is down around 30-50% at the gym at the moment. My rest and recovery is still fine though.

My car has unfortunately broke again! So I went to the bike shop to pick up a new bike this morning and as a result didn't have time for a full workout today, but thought getting a quick chest workout in, is better than no workout!

I usually have Saturdays off, but I will be popping in tomorrow to get Triceps done.

standard to have cholesterol, AST and/or ALT, and of course test and shbg numbers off while on gear
Yeah! To be honest, except for iron levels as @Npcclassicphysique champ pointed out, everything else actually seems to be well within acceptable ranges.

It will interesting to see how my HDL and LDL change on a plant based diet as this is meant to be something it helps fix.

This! People over-complicate a healthy diet and the one that annoys me is "it's too expensive to eat healthy". Do you know how much cheaper it is to eat a well balanced, healthy diet?

People's problem is, it's just not convenient!

@KiwiFella iron is important but avoid oysters and yellowfin or any other tuna due to heavy metals
better use iron supplements
 
Finally got around to trying Night Warrior Preworkout, mixed well, went down horribly (I think I was meant to mix it with 1.2l of water though and I did 600ml). That aside, great pump, great focus. Loved every minute of having it in my workout today. I will 100% be ordering a bag or two for my training for now on 💪

My UGL OZ Sparta Winstrol arrived yesterday also, that has been added in at 30mg a day.
My stack is now:
UGL OZ Platinum Test E. 300mg weekly.
UGL OZ Platinum Primo. 200mg weekly.
UGL OZ Sparta Winstrol. 30mg ED.
Alpha Labs Clenbeuterol. 60-100mcg ED.
Alpha Labs Cialis. 5mg ED.

Workout today was meant to be Triceps in the morning, ended up going after workout for Back and Bis. Great workout, overall I was very pleased with it, weight still down massively, length of workouts still not there, but I felt the way I needed to. Really enjoyed today's workout 💪

Leg day today 🦵
Felt great through out the workout, third time doing squats, feeling better and more confident, looking forward to see what numbers I hit on it during the next bulk! 🔥

I had to finish up early as I was catching a ride today 🥲

My last 2 workouts have felt so much better than the rest on this cut. Not too sure if it's plant based diet all ready helping or the Sparta Winstrol. But I look forward to keep pushing forwardand logging my results 💪
