Approved Log Going Plant Based - Testosterone Primobolan Log

We have a bit of a foodie log today! Woke up at 91.1kg this morning! Decided to get a few extra calories in and reset my body for the next couple of weeks ahead!

First up is a Zucchini, sweet potato and corn pattie, with some lettuce, tomato, avocado, caramelised onion and hummus roll 👌

Went out with a group of friends to a shaved ice dessert and got a vegan Lychee shaved ice. Wayyyyyy too much sugar, but tasted great! 🔥

Third is meal prep for the week a Chick Pea Tikka Masala, it will also have some rice added to it the day it gets eaten 🍚

Well, I feel I might cop a bit of flak for this one! But oh well, I would like to see the effects of going Plant Based for the cut? For Cardio?
And I also plan on doing a blast/Bulk following this plant based as well 🪴

I am doing this out of interest from a health perspective, not for the love of animals. (I am sorry cows, if you didn't want us to eat you, why do you taste so delicious?) 🐄

Sleep:
7-9 hours a night, solid sleep 5-7 nights a week 😴💤

I got a blood test yesterday and am just waiting on the results, I will upload them once they come through 🩸
