Hello All!

First time poster so please forgive me of my sins. Name's Gravy and i'm looking to the Gods of Gains for some advice and direction in terms of the cycle i'm intending to do. I would probably say at this time i'm the "all the gear no idea". I have done some amount of research online, but the more I look, the deeper I get and I feel I have buried myself under too much information and am now perhaps overthinking things.

I'm quite a tall and lean guy, and have always struggled with putting on weight, even during military training.

Things have become too convoluted in the pursuit of answers online for me and I need some experience to guide me. I keep reading about interactions between different compounds and have now gotten myself confused, with things such as novaldex and deca, keeping caber handy etc.

I'm going into a job down the line that requires a strong body, and I'm attempting to prep myself and stay at a good level. I have no intentions of competing. I am looking to put on a lot of mass/muscle to over simplify.

Personal Hx.
Aussie, 34 years old. Male.
76kg / 167lbs
6ft2
~12% bfi

7 years of Military service. Dedicated training for about 2 years post military - typically train 6 days a week.

First and last steroid use was 8 week Test E 125/250/375/500/500/375/250/125 (mg) approx 6 months ago.

Diet
~2500 cal 150g Protein

Typically run Push Pull twice, legs and core each week. 10-20 mins cardio daily.

The cycle I'm intending on doing is a large increase to my initial 'toe in the water' Test E.

The cycle is a proposed;
Test E / Deca / Dbol for 15 weeks
1-6:
25mg dbol daily
1-15:
300mg Deca
500mg Test E

Post Cycle
0.5mg/day Arimi (4 weeks)

PCT:
100mg Clomid for 10 days
50mg Clomid 5 days

Now I have been swamped in so much information online, I can't tell anymore if this is good, bad or ugly. There is so much conflicting information it became undiscernible. Please help me! If I need to put any ore information out there please let me know. Open book.

the cycle isn't too bad in fact one of the best you're doing test deca dbol, you going to grow for sure. Dbol you can do 8 weeks and arimidex should be whole cycle.

you do need organ liver support I suggest 7caps n2guard ed and start from day one

your pct, what? 10 days pct? very bad bro, pct is at least 6-8 weeks
10 days after last injection PCT starts

pct week 1-8
nolvadex 60/60/40/40/20/10/10/5
clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5
hcgenerate 5 caps ed week 1-4
-no arimidex in pct needed

and we need to see your diet in detail, start logging your meals and what you eat and when
and we need to see your training in detail, start logging weights sets and what exercises
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

the training, diet you start now, it doesn't require steroids to control what you eat and how you train to grow big

This is not ideal at all. you prob only reached full saturation the last week of two of the cycle. Do 10-12 week test @500mg/wk start to finish. Make sure your body is good with a real cycle of test before you start adding in other stuff.
 
change the cycle to 12 weeks only. 15 weeks on deca is more like 22 weeks no joke. the ester is in your system for a long time after!

also your pct is not good. way too much SERM drugs. cut those dosages down. 12.5mgs a day clomid with 10mgs nolva is PLENTY.
 
Start with the basics. Diet and activity levels. 9/10 the diet could be better. And you're not eating enough to compensate for the activity. Fix those THEN any cycle we suggest will be that much more successful
