I should elaborate. I get a lot of sleep as it is, but I’m going from 11-7 now. Anymore than that and it seems excessive. As for diet, I have meal prepped 90% of my food so the diet details I put in earlier are still quite accurate. I’m not taking any shortcuts on the diet, amount or quality.Don't sacrifice sleep because you have to wake up earlier just to get in a meal. That's not helping you that's actually hurting your not sleeping less

So a little update from me. Into my 2nd week. 2nd pin down. Feeling good. Site felt good after, no issues there so I’m on a pin a week from here on out I’d say.
The issue I’m currently having is just the amount of eating haha I’ve had to get up a little earlier in the mornings so I can hit the nail on head and hit every meal. I was hoping the EQ might increase my appetite a bit but I haven’t noticed anything in that department yet - it’s still early days though.
I can upload some body pics - though I feel like there’s no difference from last upload. As far as the food goes, not much of a foodie, so I never think to take food pics.
I was at 79.8kg when I uploaded pictures last time, weighing in at 81.5 though I’m sure that’s just due to the sheer amount of food haha honestly so nauseous trying to get it all down.
Pinned 2nd time today so I’m due for 0.5mg Arimi today and then I’m thinking every 3 days from here on out.
