Don't sacrifice sleep because you have to wake up earlier just to get in a meal. That's not helping you that's actually hurting you
 
You should get really good appetite increases on that stack
 
sleep is critical that's when you recover and repair your body
 
my advice would this log is check out what the other guys and gals are posting and learn from that

I should elaborate. I get a lot of sleep as it is, but I’m going from 11-7 now. Anymore than that and it seems excessive. As for diet, I have meal prepped 90% of my food so the diet details I put in earlier are still quite accurate. I’m not taking any shortcuts on the diet, amount or quality.

I can post up some info on what it actually consists of as opposed to just the macros just to shed some light.

Hi All,

So a little update from me. Into my 2nd week. 2nd pin down. Feeling good. Site felt good after, no issues there so I’m on a pin a week from here on out I’d say.

The issue I’m currently having is just the amount of eating haha I’ve had to get up a little earlier in the mornings so I can hit the nail on head and hit every meal. I was hoping the EQ might increase my appetite a bit but I haven’t noticed anything in that department yet - it’s still early days though.

I can upload some body pics - though I feel like there’s no difference from last upload. As far as the food goes, not much of a foodie, so I never think to take food pics.

I was at 79.8kg when I uploaded pictures last time, weighing in at 81.5 though I’m sure that’s just due to the sheer amount of food haha honestly so nauseous trying to get it all down.

Pinned 2nd time today so I’m due for 0.5mg Arimi today and then I’m thinking every 3 days from here on out.

Hi all,

Small update from me. Training is going well. Definitely starting to feel the pumps are different now. Arimi is going down a treat. No sides of anything so far.

Though I am starting to notice some stretch marks appearing around my chest and lats. I’ve posted my workout plan earlier in the thread however I added some extra weight onto the program. Lifting heavier on all lifts by about 10%. I’m taking it a little easier as I am working out solo so no spotter. Not planning to go for any insane PB’s. I have some serious messed up shoulders and knees from the Army so I’m not going insanely hard. Small incremental increases each week or two should do me I think for now.

Food is starting to go down a little easier now as well. All in all, feeling pretty great and happy with how things are progressing!

Hope you are all smashing it too!
