Small update from me. Training is going well. Definitely starting to feel the pumps are different now. Arimi is going down a treat. No sides of anything so far.
Though I am starting to notice some stretch marks appearing around my chest and lats. I’ve posted my workout plan earlier in the thread however I added some extra weight onto the program. Lifting heavier on all lifts by about 10%. I’m taking it a little easier as I am working out solo so no spotter. Not planning to go for any insane PB’s. I have some serious messed up shoulders and knees from the Army so I’m not going insanely hard. Small incremental increases each week or two should do me I think for now.
Food is starting to go down a little easier now as well. All in all, feeling pretty great and happy with how things are progressing!

@GravyWorldWide what @Noah Wixx is asking is your new macros, you cant be eating exact same thing over and over, we want to see where you're at and what progress you made.Macros are earlier in the thread kemosabe.
