The program is a modification of the usual DC split, and is done 4x a week.

Day 1 Monday
Chest, shoulders, triceps and back (thickness).
Reverse grip incline bench 1RP 405lbs followed up by a extreme stretch
Hammer strength press 1RP 315lbs x extreme stretch
Close grip bench on smith 1RP 285lbs x extreme stretch
Lat pulldown RP-FULL
Deadlift 2x460lbs for 15 x extreme stretch

You don't see too many bodybuilders at your height.

Just keep in mind, there's a reason they don't exist. It's very rough on your joints and your limbs.

Are you going to be using anything else in your cycle? Besides the testosterone and Primo?
 
bros gotta post up your supplements in your ancillaries as well.
