My next bloods will be Equipoise so we will be able to compare the differences between the 2 and how my body responds personally!

That midsection looks incredible dude! Excellent workSaturday Check-In
Morning everyone!
Today’s fasted weight: 81.95 kg — the scale is moving up steadily, just what we wanted. I'm happy see some development in my legs, and strength has been increasing significantly. We’re pushing hard toward our goals!
Diet & Training:
I’ve been sticking to the 3200-calorie plan, and it's been working great — full pumps and solid energy in the gym. Training has been a bit up and down due to work and travel, but I’m still giving it my all. Happy to be training at my home gym until next Friday.
Stuck to the plan 100% — locked in as always. I’ll provide any updates to macros or the meal plan after reviewing everything with the coach.
PED's
500 mg/week Testosterone
400 mg/week Equipoise (EQ)
40 mg/day Turinabol (pre-workout)
3 IU/day HGH (evenings)
Next bloodwork will be done four weeks into EQ to monitor how my body is responding.
Thanks for following along - hope you’re all reaching your targets!
@R M awesome work looking hella lean!Saturday Check-In

wonderful! this is the kind of meal prep is what I like to see. Its looking really good, what protein macros? @R MHey all
Small check in for everyone
- weight climbed quite well so coach has decided well keep running with the same macros and see what happens during the week before we bump up again making sure we do things correctly and keep it tight!
Yesterday was just my Cardio and Core, same session I'm always doing nothing new there.
Thismorning chest and Tris
Followed by meal prep for the next fortnight!
I did adjust my diet replacing ricecakes with cream of rice keeping it essentially the same.
Attached meal prep
Today's chest session
*note most machines at my gym don't use weights, have blank plates so you may see numbers that don't make sense!
Pec Deck 16 = full stack for example.
Once again thank you all for following along![]()

@R M Solid update bro....good to see you giving family the importance it deserves..........Mid-Week Update!
Still grinding at the home gym, which has been perfect. Looks like I might not be heading away this fortnight after all—which would honestly be amazing.
We’re exactly 1 week into this blast, and I’m already noticing the fullness big time. That flat, depleted fasted-AM look? Gone. Waking up looking like I’ve already smashed a few hundred grams of carbs—definitely not complaining.
Pumps are tighter and starting to get that 3D “bubble” look (just my take—we’ll let the check-in pics do the talking next round). I always get an initial jump on the scale when I change PEDs, which usually tapers off, but for now I’m sitting at 83.5 kg this morning!
Haven’t been the best with progress pics this week—been up at 3:45AM to train before heading into the office by 6AM, just to keep afternoons free for family time. No regrets there.
