@R M big improvements, your abs look legit amazingHey all, mid-week check-in!
It’s been a great week as I’ve been home training at my local gym — no need to improvise or use unfamiliar equipment.
Training:
Yesterday: Shoulders and arms
This morning: Hamstrings and calves
We’re now just under 2 weeks into the blast, and I’m starting to notice some significant strength gains — especially in shoulder movements.
Hitting 25kg dumbbells for lateral raises (for reps!) is a personal first — and that’s even with controlled, restricted form. Everything's clearly starting to saturate.
Diet & Weight: Since this week’s calorie bump, my weight has jumped back up to the initial spike I saw at the start of the blast — and even a bit more.
Current weight: 83.80kg this morning.
Motivation: Honestly, I’m more motivated than ever, and that’s largely thanks to all your support — here on the logs and in the UGL chat.
The community and the positive culture is next level. Massive thanks to all of you.
Progress Recap:
Start of PEDs: 11/03/2025 (cruise dose test mast)
Start of Blast: 14/05/2025
Test Ed gh tbol
Starting weight: 75.95kg
Current weight: 83.80kg
Total gain: +7.85kg, and noticeably leaner
All progress made using UGL products, and keep in mind — I was in a deficit until the start of this month.
Hey mate!@R M big improvements, your abs look legit amazingreally tight. I can see you're leaner by the day.
what are those meal pics? I see banana? and?
Rice crisp that stuff is great lol using it for carb ups with clients tooHey mate!
That's how I used my extra carbs!
I had milk and banana in my diet already
So I added 50grams of Rice Bubbles (if you're in US it's a Puffed rice crisp cereal)
So 50g rice bubbles 250ml skim milk and 1 banana with SugarFree Caramel topping
Definitely a treat having cereal in the diet!

Side chest with the ab shot is perfect! @R M checking your meals you're a good cook, impressive. Want to see your full macros if you have them please.Afternoon everyone,
Check-in day!
It’s been a solid week — being local and able to train consistently at my home gym for the past fortnight has made a big difference. I hit some new highs on chest and back over the last two days.
Training recap:
Friday: Chest & Triceps
Saturday: Back & Biceps
(Training log and weights attached.)
Overall, strength continues to trend upwards, and I’m definitely feeling fuller while staying relatively tight — likely thanks to the GH. I’ve also noticed that since starting the Tbol, pumps during later workouts have been significantly more intense, especially over the past two days.
Attached are:
This morning’s check-in photos
The past two days of training routines
Fasted weight: 83.15kg
I’ll post any diet updates once I’ve received feedback from the coach.
