This is a good plan, but you never change it? @R M

Hey everyone
This I just a short one to touch base as its been alittle quiet
Monday morning I Had 4 Dental extractions (premolars) since i recently got braces, these were to make room.
Naturally I've been a bit sore these last few days... well Very sore.
Diet 100% still getting all my meals down carefully
Activity lower than usual
Training,
I have been training just very lightly do to the pain and keeping my BP low so I don't affect the blood clots. A few more days I'll be 100% again but it's not an excuse to slip up and deviate from the plan!
Starting to feel better so promise to make up for it next week 💪💪🙏

Hey crew!
Another check-in entry for the books.

Check-in day weight: 85.95kg (fasted AM)

This week’s been a tough one.
I’ve stayed 100% on diet despite the challenge—had dental work on Monday, which made it pretty uncomfortable to eat, but I got it done.

Training-wise, I’ve kept it lighter in intensity.
Movements have stayed mostly the same, but I’ve dropped the weight and focused on slow, controlled reps.

Recovery is still in progress—my mouth is healing. It’s manageable during the day, but sleep has been rough due to the discomfort.

That said, I think the lower training intensity has actually done my body some good. A bit of a deload to aid recovery before we push hard again.

Now we’re coming back full force—ready to make the most of this blast and pack on some serious size.

Check-in photos from this morning attached.

Progress Note:

Weight on 14th March: 75.95kg

This morning: 85.95kg
➡️ +10kg gained!

Mid-Week Check-In
Date: Thursday, June 12, 2025
Weight: Holding on 3,650 kcal
86.80 Fasted.

Hey everyone!

Just a quick mid-week update. It’s been a solid week overall, aside from a little complication from my dental extractions — honestly felt like I got hit in the head with a brick. Turns out I’ve got some exposed nerve endings, so I’ll be dealing with that until it heals itself (which could take a while). No cold foods or drinks for now… but that won’t stop me from having my daily Monsters

Training & Diet
Training’s been going well. After last week’s jump on the scales, this week’s weight has been much more stable — body is responding well to the 3,650 kcal intake.

Yesterday

Light cardio & core — same as always

Today

Chest & Triceps session. I’ve been prioritizing tempo and contraction over heavier weights. Really focusing on getting the most out of each rep and pushing through with controlled exhaustion.
Feeling the effects of the bulk now — fuller, but still staying pretty tight!
