Coming back to trianing we were aiming to do 90% weight and about 2-3 RIR, the session was moving pretty well but I managed to flare up my left knee (opposite to last time), I got body work done today and kept heat on the area. Does not feel great but it’s nowhere near as bad as last time. Not a great start to trianing block, we have checkins today will update on what coach’s orders are.

@Bakery112 sometimes those breaks are going to take you to the next level, watch!We normally do 60% of all exercises 1 set of each, I needed a complete break from the gym mentally and physically. This wasn’t my call and I trust my coach 100%.
That is why i always keep bpc157 or tb 500 on hand for little issues rhat come up.LOG UPDATE

DOMS in chest are insane today after push but that means we worked it, feeling really good mentally about knee tweak too we will do what we can SL and both leg until no pain. Doing stretches daily and it’s definlty making a noticeable difference already. Defintly some patella tendonitis. Got a care package coming with everything but primo to finish off my prep stack which is super exciting will post up photos when arrived.

CARDIO + REST DAY
Little update on training we are going to slowly bring down some volume in training, this week we will be sitting at 1-2 RIR still easing into this last push block. Sleep, water, food, recovery has been on point, knee niggle is feeling super positive going into legs tomoz. Will be doing everything that I can pain free if I find any pain on an exercise we will just do single leg for this week. Feeling super positive and keen for a package to arrive this week hopefully.

Really good session couldn’t of asked for a better upper day, 1-2 RIR feeling really good will progress to 0-1 RIR then failure the following weeks. FOOD UPDATE: cocopops dropped from 140g -> 120g only move this week sitting at 200 Test e and 100 Mast e for another 4 weeks then bloods will be done into prep slowly increasing our total MG, GH set to drop to 4 IU in coming weeks. Feeling awesome and enjoying everyday, powered by RAPTOR LABS.
