Super good to be back in the gym feeling so good at the moment coming out of sickness, hitting 15 mins cardio today. Pinned my quad for the first time in a long time yesterday feeling good today. No changes to anything diet, training or gear wise this week. Coach is very happy with where we are at. 3 weeks left food will start to drop next week. I have bloods being done Wednesday at this point in time so we can assess and move forward with prep cycle. Primo just landed from the one and only raptor labs. Really solid session today, feeling really good going into prep. Getting a full blood panel done in the coming weeks, if bloods come back looking good we will start prep 14 weeks out and start increasing dosages and introducing new compounds which will be very exciting. Will keep you all updated, body work also getting done this week. Lower body still slightly sore will do home recovery until I have time to get in with my myo. 300mg total for the last 6 ish week at for blood work reference. @Raptor Rep
