Funny you say that we had oats in but he switched it up to a fast releasing carbs, past also cause me some stomach issues

OFFSEASON UPDATE:

Just got my care package from Raptor Labs, we are moving up from 3IU -> 5IU GH and adding in 40mg telma + 500mcg BPC157 for the patella tendon issue and blood pressure.



Daily pins of 0.2ml BPC and 0.5ml HGH. Pinning SQ in stomach or IM in VG



Oil pins:

Mon,wed,Fri and sun

0.2 test

0.25 primo

0.75 mast



Split into 2 shots using 27g slin pins



I rotate between: side delts, VG, Lats



We will move to daily pins in around 4 weeks when we reach our max dosages (1250-1450mg) for this offseason and also max food (5.5k cal)will be around then too. We also have slin on hand but no need for it at the moment.



Steps goal is 8k at the moment we destroy this avg around 16k per day.



Around 13 weeks till we start backing off into prep for szn c Jnrs BB. Sitting at a very nice place right now body comp wise, hunger is high and hunger to win is even higher

First time logging on Evo, I’m 23 6 weeks into my growth phase with Raptor Labs. I have 19 weeks of my growth phase left until my prep for Szn C IFBB, I’ll be looking to compete in BodyBuilding Jnrs and possibly weight class depending on stage weight. Currently sitting at 95 avg. morning weight at 6’0. Calories sitting at 5100, hoping to push the growth phase for another 19/20 weeks depending on bloods and body composition.

CYCLE:
As of right now we’ve tirated our dosages up to
200 Test E
600 Mast E
200 Primo E
3 IU HGH

By week 12 we will be looking to get to:
250 Test E
1000 Mast E
200 Primo E
5IU HGH

CURRENT INJURIES:
Slight niggle in my patella tendon, we will be using BPC-157 for 4 weeks along with a push in HGH to reduce recovery time.

Raptor BPC + HGH is magical, first lower session for the week had the all clear to test the knee after 2 weeks since injury, 3 pins into 500mcg daily and leg ext felt amazing no pain, can’t quite do a full depth squat painless but it’s definitely coming good in 1/2 weeks.



Both LOWER A and UPPER sessions have been absolutely perfect working at 1RIR we feeling good to go balls to the wall for 2-3 weeks before another deload. Next phase we will be targeting 1 CHEST

2 ARMS

3 WHEELS

with most likely 1 7/8 week block before we start backing off before going into our prep for szn C. We are holding a really nice look at the moment super full and looking to max gear and food out in coming few weeks. 10-12mg/kg and 5500 cal most likely will be our tops for this off season. Holding 96.90 fasted AM Looking our best at this weight 100%.



Can’t thank Raptor enough for supporting me through this phase and can’t wait to work together through prep to bring a fucking nasty look come September.
