that will work and i like this gut repair mix too bro
been using it consistantly now for about week, definately feel it assists :) even though reta helps alot with digestion at least for me

slammed it with high volume for sure a good week bro

absolute game changer in my opinion, ive been able to drop out my lantus use and grow just as lean on 680c high days

depends what you use it for my friend :) for obesity im pretty sure people go as high as 8mg per week plus!! (how they afford it) I was on 1mg for ages, then 1.5 and now starting with coach 2mg, im more doing it for health and preventative stuff, as i said will update once i get bloods to see what it changes, good thing about it though, stops you wannting to eat shit, but i can still eat my 4k clean cals no problem!

yesterday and end of my NTD day and physio in my kitchen,

also some food porn, visited one of my favorite customers yesterday and they made me my FAVORITE sandwich smoked grilled chicken breast, if any of you are ever in north sydney hit up Bar Lettera, the food is amazing, but even just for the sandwich it is worth, also clean and whole food so worked great for me, woke up tighter again today!

legs tonight, wish me luck!

Hi lads,

back and bicep last night got a nice little pump, eq has started leaving my system so my crazy poomps arent as crazy at the moment, but thank the great @AE1079 we will be incorporating 20mg var pre workout, (mainly as im a pain in the ass and asked him for more fullness while we drive the food) i really love EQ just my bp and estrogen doesnt, maybe when my test doses are higher i can run it low dose (i hope)

have physio tonight cannot wait, will straighten out my shoulder and then my glutes hammies as well, training below and also attached my bekfast on high day :) helf.

I had to learn that with my coach trust him and the process as i never had a coach before, it was really hard for me at first, once i did fully trust and took a back seat, my log shows how much stronger ive gotten with his leadership and plan.

hahaha im only on 200g a day! hit perfectly :P

agreed, i trust him for sure, we very similar, hes just massive haha
 
Legs Last night, workout below, getting into the groove, weights arent crazy high but im working up with peak concetration and being able to feel the muscle, everything moving along well :) will update tonight with an arm pump pic hopefully,

little bit of food porn as well, my last meal yesterday pre bed :)

@Oracle911 Sounds like you had a good back and biceps session, even with the EQ effects tapering off. The addition of var pre-workout should help with the pump you're looking for, though it's always wise to be mindful of potential side effects. It's good that you're prioritizing physio to address your shoulder and glute/hamstring issues – addressing those imbalances will be key for long-term progress and injury prevention.
