Hey lads, some pics from checkins this morning, weight is ever so slighly up 83.2kg,

coach will advise updates from tomorrow, as of now he has told me food on off days will go up, bit more fat, anabolics going to change from masteron to primo, not sure if anything else will change, we want to keep it slow and steady,

let me know what you guys think! waist is still tight if not a bit smaller, everything else to me feels a bit bigger / tighter, still feel decently lean, want to keep around this as we push up food and weight more, long offseason ahead

That's how it should be, growing and keeping if not improving the leanness mean your gaining solid muscles bro, from experience I'll advise you to stay on the leaner side if you can.
I had to drop 13/14kg from the Off-season and it was time that I wasn't growing or at least growing optimally.
Your getting better shape as well 💪🏾

appreicate it brother! nah theres literally zero percent chance i get too fluffy this offseason, diet training and chemicals are far too dialed, even if i have a "cheat" meal which i rarely do, body just absorbs it and im good to go haha, only too lean in the concept that we need to put on a solid 5-10kg of tissue

Morning Lads,

back from Canberra now, fucking exhausted haha, that drive takes it out of me, went down there and signed up at a new gym which is really sick, almost noone there and was super hardcore, the owner was oldschool had photos of him with dorian and ronnie and jay on the wall,

anyway did arms thursday and legs last night, now im exhausted and in for some recovery weekend, both legs and arms below, also attached a pic of me from firday morning in my hotel under the goon lighting, thats me waking up after 4100 calories, dry and lean, spoke to coach food will be going up again as my body is a furnace haha

Now back home, weighed in at 83.2kg, heaviest i have ever been at this bodyfat, so technically am slightly leaner than i was at end of 76kg cut, so doing what ive always wanted to do and grow lean.

and this is without pushing super hard, food will go up then PEDs slightly, very very excited, if i can eventually hit close to 90kg with abs i will be very happy. @AE1079 working his magic as always and @Liquid Gold Labs powering this journey,

Hi Team,

hope your all well, just an update from Chest last night, workout itself wasnt bad, just had an off mental day with it, thanks to the @Liquid Gold Labs team keeping me together and pushing me through it, sometimes you forget how lucky we are to be able to afford or have time to be able to bodybuild and we let silly things like work etc get in the way, very easy to do! anyway here is my workout from last night, weights slightly up, but probably due to being tired from work and just long days:

took a little pump shot post workout as well to see how i was looking.

will get checkins back from coach today to see what he is thinking re compounds and food, he has mentioned many times body is chewing through it too quickly and i agree, finally got a BG monitor to make sure that im not running hihg from almost 700g carbs and 6iu gh ed. turns out im not haha photo attached. 3.6 glood sugar, honestly ive never had physical proof about how effective reta is but this is for sure,

when i do my bloods next as well it will show how it influences other markers, anyway, update from me, have a great day everyone :)
